My friend and I had an incredible experience at this hotel - from the warm welcome when we arrived in the early hours to the helpful staff who gave us fantastic recommendations and organized our trips flawlessly. the location is unbeatable and the room, though small, was spotless and comfy. the laundry service was quick and left our clothes smelling amazing. the staff, especially Felix, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist us with everything we needed, making our stay unforgettable. Great value for money and perfect for both short and longer stays - highly recommended! .

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and it was perfect for my needs. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, taking care of any issues promptly. The location is central and convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The receptionist was friendly and provided great recommendations. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and hot water. The laundry service was affordable and the bed was quite comfortable. it was a great value for money and highly recommended for both short and longer stays.

I appreciated the warm and welcoming staff at Cocon Old Quater Hotel, especially when they covered us with blankets upon our 4am arrival. the room was clean and comfortable, with a friendly receptionist who checked us in late at night. the laundry service was efficient, and the location was convenient for exploring landmarks like the Opera House and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Great value for money! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Both the dormitory and private room were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also well-maintained. The lady at reception was extremely helpful and even arranged transportation for us when we needed to go to the hospital. The staff provided useful advice on prices and recommended the best hospital to visit.
There were a few negative aspects that affected our stay. the beds were damp and had an unpleasant smell.
